1.General
The rules apply to all visitors of AgiHouse: group and private class participants, arena renters, their companions and dogs.
The rules are set by club management and may be updated — the current version is always published on the website.
Visiting the club means you agree to these rules. Refusal to comply is grounds for restricting access without a refund.
2.Arena Access
Dogs may only enter the arena accompanied by their owner or an experienced handler.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
First visit: approach the trainer, show the vaccination record, introduce your dog. Only then may you enter the working area.
3.Vaccination & Health
Required vaccinations: rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus). Must be current and not expired.
Dogs showing obvious signs of infection (coughing, discharge, gastrointestinal issues) are not admitted to classes.
Pregnant or post-surgery dogs are admitted only with trainer approval.
Dogs in heat — policy to be clarified by the client.
4.Safety During Classes
Dogs may be off-lead only while performing exercises and only on the trainer's command.
Aggressive behaviour, attacks on other dogs or people are grounds for immediate termination of the session.
Equipment (jumps, tunnels, contacts) must be used as intended. Rearranging the course without permission is prohibited.
If your dog is injured or tired — stop the exercise without negotiation. Health comes first.
5.Owner Responsibility
The owner is fully responsible for their dog's behaviour on club premises.
Cleaning up after your dog is the owner's responsibility. Bags are available at the entrance.
Any damage to equipment caused by the dog or owner will be compensated by the owner — assessment procedure to be confirmed by the client.
Before the first session, the owner signs a consent to training conditions (form provided by the trainer).
6.Rental Rules
Arena rental is available by prior booking through the website or WhatsApp.
The renter is responsible for their dogs' behaviour and compliance with the general club rules.
After rental, equipment must be returned to its original positions and the area tidied.

7.Payment & Cancellation
Payment is made before or after the session, by agreement. We accept bank transfer and cash.
Cancellation by the owner — terms to be confirmed by the client (deadlines, penalties).
Cancellation by the club (force majeure, trainer illness) — session is rescheduled at no extra charge.
Membership packages — terms to be confirmed by the client.
8.Emergencies & Contacts
In an emergency (injury, equipment failure) please contact the trainer or administrator immediately.

In the event of an epidemic, natural disaster, military situation or other force majeure, classes may be rescheduled — payments are carried over to the next available slot.
